Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • We currently ship to United States, Canada, and International. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Please note that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

    • United States: Free Standard shipping (5-7 business days) on all orders. USPS Ground Advantage (2 business days) and UPS Next Day Air Saver option is also available. Rates and delivery times calculated at checkout.
    • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $300. We ship via UPS Standard (2-3 business days).
    • International (UK, Australia, New Zealand, and beyond): We ship via DHL Worldwide, with rates and delivery times calculated at checkout.

     

     

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@ghaniandco.com within 3 days of delivery. We will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Changes to Your Order

  • If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@ghaniandco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
